Responsibilities
- Monitor construction and site operations for HSE compliance
- Conduct routine HSE inspections and report findings
- Support development and delivery of toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Assist with incident reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis
- Maintain HSE documentation including OSHA 300 logs and training records
- Coordinate and track safety training sessions and certifications
- Participate in safety meetings and document minutes and action plans
- Collaborate with project managers and site teams to promote safety culture
- Review site specific safety plans and identify hazards
- Contribute to environmental tracking initiatives
- Prepare reports, metrics, and visual aids for safety reviews
- Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions

- Seeking a Senior HSE/Safety Officer for multiple data center projects for a top technology client.
- Client facing role requiring strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently under supervision with keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring construction and site operations for HSE compliance.
- Conduct routine HSE inspections and report findings to HSE Manager.
- Support development and delivery of toolbox talks, site orientations, and safety briefings.
- Assist with incident reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis.
- Help maintain accurate HSE documentation including OSHA 300 logs and training records.
- Coordinate and track safety training sessions, certifications, and permit renewals.
- Participate in safety meetings and document minutes, follow up items, and action plans.
- Work collaboratively with project managers and site teams to promote safety first culture.
- Assist in reviewing site specific safety plans and identifying potential hazards.
- Contribute to environmental tracking initiatives such as waste logs and emissions records.
- Prepare basic reports, metrics, and visual aids (PowerPoint, Excel) for safety reviews.
- Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions on site.
