Responsibilities
- Support definition of PMO reporting requirements and develop standard reporting templates
- Develop forms, templates, and tools to capture project and programme status information
- Coordinate preparation and distribution of weekly, monthly, and quarterly PMO reports
- Assist in establishing and maintaining PMO reporting schedules and calendars
- Support design, implementation, and governance of PMO performance reporting framework
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of reporting analysts and engineers
- Oversee creation and delivery of PMO level reports, dashboards, and performance insights
- Work with project controls, finance, risk, and delivery teams for integrated reporting
- Develop and maintain KPIs aligned with strategic objectives and delivery milestones
- Ensure reporting processes comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in PMO performance reporting on major infrastructure or construction programmes
- Experience with reporting tools: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Tableau, Power BI
- Strong background in data analysis and data visualization
- Experience in PMO design and implementation of processes and systems
- Minimum Level 8 degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management or related discipline (preferred)
- People management or team leadership experience
- Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, CAPM) is an advantage

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for a Senior Reporting Manager to lead PMO performance reporting, data visualization, and reporting governance for a complex project on site in Riyadh.
What You'll Be Doing
