- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of key weekly, monthly, and quarterly PMO reports
- Support the design, implementation, and governance of the PMO performance reporting framework
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of reporting analysts and engineers
- Oversee the creation and delivery of PMO level reports, dashboards, and performance insights
- Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with strategic objectives and delivery milestones
- Ensure reporting processes and outputs comply with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practice
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in PMO performance reporting on major infrastructure or construction programmes
- Experience using reporting tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Business Intelligence platforms including Tableau and Microsoft Power BI
- Strong background in data analysis and data visualisation techniques
- Extensive experience in PMO design, including developing and implementing processes, procedures, and systems
- Minimum Level 8 degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or related discipline (preferred)
- Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, CAPM) is an advantage

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Reporting Manager to join our team!
- In this role you will lead PMO performance reporting, data visualization, and reporting governance, ensuring senior stakeholders have accurate and timely insights to drive informed decision making and support a complex project on site in Riyadh.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the definition of PMO reporting requirements and the development of standard reporting templates and formats.
- Develop forms, templates, and tools to capture project and programme status information.
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of key weekly, monthly, and quarterly PMO reports.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining PMO reporting schedules and calendars.
- Support the design, implementation, and governance of the PMO performance reporting framework.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of reporting analysts and engineers to ensure high quality deliverables and ongoing professional development.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of PMO level reports, dashboards, and performance insights for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with project controls, finance, risk, and delivery teams to ensure PMO reporting is integrated, consistent, and accurate.
- Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with strategic objectives and delivery milestones.
- Ensure reporting processes and outputs comply with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and recognised industry best practice.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- 10+ years of experience in PMO performance reporting, with demonstrated success on major infrastructure or construction programmes.
- Experience using reporting tools and applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Business Intelligence platforms including Tableau and Microsoft Power BI.
- Strong background in data analysis and data visualisation techniques.
- Extensive experience in PMO design, including developing and implementing processes, procedures, and systems to support effective project management and performance monitoring.
- Minimum Level 8 degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
