- Ensuring compliance with internal policies, operational controls, and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining high service quality standards and operational accuracy
- Identifying business development and cross selling opportunities
Requirements
- UAE National (to comply with Emiratisation)
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or higher (high school not accepted)
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in retail or branch banking, customer service, or banking operations
- Strong knowledge of banking products, branch operations, KYC/AML, compliance, and transaction processing
- Experience handling priority clients, escalations, and high value or complex transactions
- Proficient in banking systems, digital channels, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be willing to work in mall/shift based branches (6 days per week, 6 hours per day) with rotating shifts

To be successful you will need to meet the following
- To comply with Emiratisation, our client is required to hire a UAE National for this position.
