- Supporting legal operations by maintaining contract documentation, templates, and governance processes
- Partnering with cross functional teams including Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Commercial, Finance, and Business Development to ensure timely legal support for business initiatives
- Monitoring contractual obligations, compliance requirements, and legal risks across multiple markets
- Coordinating with external legal counsel and supporting legal projects, reporting, and process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related legal qualification
- Proven experience managing commercial contracts within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or other regulated industries
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, legal documentation, and compliance principles
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
