The Senior Recruitment Specialist supports end-to-end recruitment activities, candidate coordination, recruitment operations, reporting, and onboarding.
The position is a six-month contract located in Abu Dhabi.
Talent acquisition
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Conduct initial telephone and virtual assessments.
- Coordinate candidate submissions and presentations.
- Schedule and manage interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Support offer management and candidate negotiations.
- Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Recruitment operations
- Manage recruitment administration, documentation, workflows, records, and status updates.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and hiring teams.
Reporting and governance
- Prepare weekly recruitment activity and pipeline reports.
- Maintain dashboards for open positions and candidate progress.
- Track recruitment performance and hiring status.
- Support workforce planning and recruitment review discussions.
Onboarding support
- Coordinate pre-joining communication and follow up on required documentation and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate follow-ups until joining and support successful onboarding completion.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or recruitment operations.
- Strong sourcing, screening, candidate coordination, communication, stakeholder management, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment activities simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and recruitment tracking systems or ATS.
