Role overview
The SAP Data Migration Lead owns the end-to-end migration lifecycle from legacy Oracle EBS schemas into SAP S/4HANA.
The role combines technical database extraction and cleansing with functional mapping of legacy structures to SAP master and transactional data objects.
Job type
- The position is a contract role with a stated duration of 12 to 24 months.
Job location
- The job location is Dubai, UAE.
Key requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in data migration roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 to SAP S/4HANA data migration.
- Strong SQL and Oracle database knowledge, including Oracle EBS FIN, SCM, and HCM data structures.
- Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA data structures and migration objects.
- Experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMC/LTMOM, SAP BODS, or equivalent migration and transformation tools.
- Experience in data profiling, cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
- Experience managing mock loads, cutover loads, and migration readiness.
- Ability to collaborate with Oracle DBAs, technical teams, business stakeholders, and the system integrator's migration team.
