Senior Recruiting Coordinator

Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct initial phone screenings for hourly and entry-level positions.

Assist with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, and other recruiting channels.

Build and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.

Support candidate communications throughout the hiring process.

Create and maintain job postings across ADP, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.

Assist with sponsored job campaigns and recruitment advertising efforts.

Support social media recruiting initiatives, referral programs, and employer branding activities.

Help coordinate virtual job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach programs.

Track job posting performance and recruiting event metrics.

Maintain recruiting dashboards and hiring activity reports.

Track applicant flow, sourcing activity, interview volume, and recruiting metrics.

Assist with weekly recruiting updates and reporting for leadership.

High School Diploma or GED required.

1-2 years of experience in recruiting, recruiting coordination, human resources, or a related field.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and business leaders.

Prior recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience.

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably ADP Recruiting.

Experience creating and managing job postings, sponsorships, and recruiting campaigns on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards.

Experience supporting hiring events, recruitment marketing, or employer branding initiatives.
