U.S. Legal Support is seeking a Customer Service Representative who thrives under pressure, communicates effectively, and maintains a customer-first mindset. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience while coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely and accurate support.
Location
- Houston, TX (Onsite) Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to clients and internal departments.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email regarding requests, documentation, and updates.
- Process and respond to emails, phone calls, and messages requiring immediate attention.
- Accurately document client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions within internal systems.
- Follow HIPAA-compliant communication procedures, policies, and guidelines.
