Sales Enablement Coordinator

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, sales enablement, or a related business support role .
• Demonstrated experience planning and coordinating corporate meetings, conferences, trade shows, and sales events , including attendee management, travel coordination, vendor communication, and event logistics.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite , including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience working with CRM platforms.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects simultaneously.
• Strong computer and technical skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software, systems, and technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently while effectively supporting sales enablement leadership, business development professionals, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting onboarding, training, or learning and development programs.
• Experience supporting a national sales organization.
• Familiarity with sales enablement platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and event registration tools.
• Experience managing databases, reporting, and data quality initiatives.
