Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for white collar positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment solutions
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Coordinate interviews, manage offer negotiations, and oversee the hiring process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Maintain recruitment reports and ensure compliance with UAE employment practices
- Support HR activities related to recruitment and employee onboarding
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment and HR
- Experience in white collar recruitment within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of the UAE job market and recruitment best practices
- Experience handling mid level and senior level hiring
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Job Overview
