About the Role
JMM Real Estate Broker is seeking an experienced Senior Real Estate Agent with 2-3 years of Dubai real estate experience to generate leads, close deals, and mentor junior agents. The role offers a commission-based structure with a base salary from AED 3,000 per month and is based in Business Bay, Dubai.

- Generate high quality leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital marketing, and social media
- Build and maintain long term relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords
- Conduct property consultations, viewings, negotiations, and successful deal closures
- Market and sell off plan and secondary market properties
- Lead by example by supporting, mentoring, and motivating junior agents while fostering a positive and high performing team environment
- Assist management in developing team performance and sharing market knowledge and best practices
- Create engaging property videos and marketing content to increase brand visibility and lead generation
- Follow up with clients professionally throughout the sales process and after sales service
- Stay updated on project launches, developer offers, and Dubai real estate market trends
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service

- Self motivated, target driven, and professional with the ability to work independently
