Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate is mandatory
  • Must be currently residing in Dubai
  • Must have a valid UAE visa
  • Proven sales record in off plan and/or secondary market transactions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and guide junior agents
  • Experience managing client relationships and working collaboratively within a sales team
  • Multilingual candidates are preferred
  • Confident in cold calling, client acquisition, networking, and relationship management
  • Experience creating social media video content and generating leads through digital platforms
  • Excellent knowledge of Dubai real estate market, developers, communities, and current market trends
  • Self motivated, target driven, and professional with the ability to work independently

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate high quality leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital marketing, and social media
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords
  • Conduct property consultations, viewings, negotiations, and successful deal closures
  • Market and sell off plan and secondary market properties
  • Lead by example by supporting, mentoring, and motivating junior agents while fostering a positive and high performing team environment
  • Assist management in developing team performance and sharing market knowledge and best practices
  • Create engaging property videos and marketing content to increase brand visibility and lead generation
  • Follow up with clients professionally throughout the sales process and after sales service
  • Stay updated on project launches, developer offers, and Dubai real estate market trends
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service

  • Monday to Saturday
