Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Real Estate Broker, based in Abu Dhabi.
The Senior Real Estate Broker will be responsible for managing and assisting clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of real estate properties.
Day-to-day responsibilities include executing sales strategies, offering tailored investment advice, building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with landlords, developers, and buyers to ensure smooth transactions.
Candidates should demonstrate a strong aptitude for guiding clients through property transactions with a focus on personalized service and integrity.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate, including knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills, with the ability to foster long-term client relationships
- Understanding of Real Property regulations, market standards, and real estate laws
- Proven ability to close transactions and reach performance targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a client-focused advisory role is preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and real estate technologies
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi’s real estate communities and investment opportunities a strong advantage
- Valid real estate brokerage license in the UAE or relevant certification
