Key Responsibilities

  • **CRM & Listing Management:**
  • Maintain, audit, and optimize premium property listings across leading UAE property portals and internal CRM systems.
  • **Contract Preparation:**
  • Draft precise tenancy contracts, sales agreements, and standard real estate legal documentation for leasing and sales transactions.
  • **Transaction Compliance:**
  • Track, organize, and process critical transaction paperwork from the initial client offer through to successful closing and handover.
  • **Stakeholder Liaison:**
  • Act as a professional, reliable point of contact between property developers, landlords, tenants, and our internal brokerage team.
  • **Office Coordination:**
  • Manage operational calendars, schedule premium client appointments, handle general administrative tasks, and keep daily office functions running smoothly.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in an administrative, operational support, or executive assistant role (prior experience in Dubai real estate or familiarity with property portals/CRMs is a major advantage).
  • Flawless organizational skills and an acute attention to detail. Errors don't slide past you.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional, solution-oriented demeanor.
  • The capability to prioritize heavy workloads and multitask efficiently under pressure.
