Role Description

  • We are looking for a driven and experienced Residential Sales Manager to lead, develop, and grow a high-performing residential real estate team in Abu Dhabi.
  • This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, deep market knowledge, and a proven track record in residential sales and leasing. You will be responsible for guiding team performance, recruiting and training associates, maintaining operational standards, and helping drive overall business growth. The role in your document includes leading a team of 15, overseeing training, supporting AML compliance, improving CRM usage, reporting on pipeline activity, and working closely with marketing and developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, recruit, and develop a team of 15 associates
  • Achieve team and individual sales and leasing targets
  • Provide daily guidance, coaching, and operational support
  • Deliver weekly training sessions on sales, product knowledge, and industry procedures
  • Ensure all team members uphold company values, ethics, and professional standards
  • Oversee AML compliance across the team
  • Drive effective CRM adoption to improve productivity and client management
  • Prepare weekly pipeline reports and participate in senior management meetings
  • Support listing acquisition and lead generation initiatives
  • Work closely with marketing to strengthen campaigns, digital content, and social media performance
  • Build relationships with developers through meetings and training sessions
  • Report directly to company directors on team performance and market insights

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience in real estate
  • Strong background in residential sales and leasing
  • Solid knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market
  • Ability to recruit, mentor, and develop agents
  • Strong communication, reporting, and organizational skills
  • High standards of professionalism, ethics, and compliance

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monday to Friday, 10am–5pm
  • Competitive starting salary
  • Salary tier increases based on sustained team revenue performance over three consecutive months
  • 5% override on monthly team revenue
  • 50% commission on own deals
