- Guide quantity surveyors on measurement principles
- Review BOQ recapitulation, financial reports, and measurements
- Process contractor payment certificates
- Prepare/review tender documents and variation orders
- Support cost planning and cost control functions
- Draft and review contractual letters
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying
- Professional Membership of MRICS is required
- 15+ years of work experience in prime contract administration of major roads and large infrastructure projects
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Conversant with CESMM, FIDIC and other relevant standards
- Working knowledge of PC software packages for contract administration
- Related work experience in Dubai (desired)
- UAE Client Approvals preferred (desired)
- Prior experience in a consultancy preferred (desired)

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team in Dubai.
- The role involves performing estimating activities and re measurement of work on assigned projects.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing contractual and commercial correspondence.
- Handling cost reports, variations, claims.
- Maintaining payment logs, variation logs, claims logs.
- Coordinating with clients.
- Coordinating with entire supervision team.
- Guiding QS's on measurement principles.
- Reviewing BOQ recapitulation, financial reports, measurements.
- Processing contractor payment certificates.
- Preparing/reviewing tender documents and variation orders.
- Supporting cost planning and cost control functions.
- Drafting and reviewing contractual letters.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
