- Coordinating with clients
- Coordinating with entire supervision team to handle any contractual/claims letters
- Supports for all commercial and contractual issues
- Guide the QS's on the measurement principles
- Review BOQ Recapitulation prepared by Quantity Surveyor
- Review Monthly Financial Affairs Report
- Review Interim and Final measurements
- Review the Contractor’s and Consultant’s interim and final pay certificates
- Process contractor payment certificates
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction Management/ Quantity Surveying (or other related field)
- Professional Membership of MRICS is required
- 15+ years of work experience in prime contract administration of major roads and large infrastructure projects
- Strong written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
- Conversant with CESMM, FIDIC and other relevant standards
- Working knowledge of PC software packages typically associated with contract administration
- Ability to perform in a management capacity
- Related work experience in Dubai (desired)
- UAE Client Approvals will be preferred
- Prior Experience working in a consultancy will be preferred

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dubai, UAE.
- In this role you will get to perform a variety of standard estimating activities, re measurement of work completed by the contractors (individual or as part of a team) on an assigned project/program.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing contractual and commercial correspondence
- Handling of cost reports, variations, claims.
- Maintain payment logs, variation logs and claims logs, etc.
- Coordinating with clients.
- Coordinating with entire supervision team to handle any contractual/claims letters.
- Supports for all commercial and contractual issues.
- Guide the QS's on the measurement principles.
- Review BOQ Recapitulation prepared by Quantity Surveyor.

What Required Skills You'll Bring
