- Advise on contractual entitlement, risk allocation, and interpretation of contract provisions under FIDIC
- Assess, prepare, and respond to claims submissions with detailed narratives and documentation
- Maintain and manage comprehensive claims register tracking status, milestones, and outcomes
- Draft clear contractual correspondence including notices, responses, and determinations
- Identify and evaluate interface risks across civil, structural, architectural, transport systems, and MEP packages
- Develop claims defense strategies and support negotiations, settlements, and dispute resolution
- Perform forensic quantum analysis covering cost evaluation, prolongation, disruption, and impacts
- Validate contractor submissions against measured works, procurement data, and subcontractor accounts
- Prepare independent, evidence based quantum reports for formal dispute resolution
- Undertake detailed Extension of Time (EOT) assessments including critical path analysis and delay substantiation
- Review and challenge delay analyses, assessing concurrency, dependencies, and mitigation measures
- Provide clear, robust delay assessments aligned with associated cost implications
Requirements
- Experience in quantity surveying with focus on post contract claims management
- Strong technical knowledge of civil, structural, architectural, transport systems, and MEP installations
- Expertise in FIDIC and similar forms of contract
- Proficiency in forensic quantum analysis and cost evaluation
- Experience in Extension of Time (EOT) assessments and critical path analysis
- Ability to prepare independent quantum reports for dispute resolution

- Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP) to join our team! In this role you will provide commercial and contractual advisory services, with a focus on post contract claims management, quantum analysis, and Extension of Time (EOT) assessments.
What You'll Be Doing
