- Review, negotiate and prepare claim settlements
Requirements
- Experience in quantity surveying and cost management
- Ability to handle post contract QS functions including interim and final payments, variations, commercial correspondence, cash flows, claims
- Knowledge of contractual matters and ability to advise on them
- Experience in auditing payments to contractors
- Ability to prepare financial statements for monthly reports

Role Overview
- Parsons is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead all cost and commercial management activities on projects.

What You'll Be Doing
- Responsible for accurately measuring and pricing using Contract drawings, specifications and Bills of Quantities.
