Responsibilities
- Manage contractual and commercial correspondence
- Handle cost reports, variations, and claims
- Maintain payment logs, variation logs, and claims logs
- Coordinate with clients
- Coordinate with entire supervision team to handle contractual/claims letters
- Support for all commercial and contractual issues
- Guide QS's on measurement principles
- Review BOQ Recapitulation prepared by Quantity Surveyor
- Review Monthly Financial Affairs Report
- Review Interim and Final measurements
- Review Contractor's and Consultant's interim and final pay certificates
- Process contractor payment certificates
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying
- Professional Membership of MRICS is highly preferred
- 15+ years of work experience in prime contract administration of major roads and large infrastructure projects
- Conversant with CESMM, FIDIC and other relevant standards
- Working knowledge of PC software packages associated with contract administration
- Ability to perform in a management capacity
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- UAE Client Approvals preferred
- Prior experience working in a consultancy preferred
- Related work experience in Dubai preferred

What You'll Be Doing

What Required Skills You'll Bring
