Overview
Manage all post-contract QS activities including valuations, variations, and claims.
Review project drawings, BOQs, and site instructions to assess cost implications.
Prepare and verify subcontractor payments, cost reports, and progress certificates.
Evaluate material consumption, site progress, and financial performance.
Coordinate with project, procurement, and accounts teams for cost tracking.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and accurate documentation for billing.
Support commercial team in final account preparation and project close-out.
