- Implement and monitor HSE policies across interior fit out and construction projects
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, company policies, and client safety requirements
- Prepare and maintain safety documentation, inspection reports, incident reports, and risk assessments
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training for site personnel
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor the proper use of PPE and ensure compliance with safe work practices
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and subcontractors to maintain a safe working environment
- Carry out regular audits and ensure timely closure of safety observations
- Support emergency response planning and participate in emergency drills
- Maintain HSE records and prepare periodic safety reports for management

- Experience in HSE within interior fit out and construction
- Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations
