Project Overview
The Anthro joint venture between Egis and VVB Engineering is delivering turnkey services for the HS2 gateway station at Old Oak Common.
The project includes mechanical, electrical, public health, fire, and communications systems works under a multi-year contract.
About the Role
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will support a major HS2 rail project through pre- and post-contract management, procurement, commercial control, and supply chain engagement.
The role offers access to RICS training courses, a pathway to chartership, and ongoing career development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer NEC3/4 Option C contracts.
- Establish and manage entitlements, including full entitlement under subcontract terms.
- Lead the review and valuation of contractor payment applications under contractual terms and conditions.
- Liaise and negotiate with the customer's commercial and project teams.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain commercial records in accordance with contract requirements and oversee contractual issues.
- Investigate and draft contract communications and notices, including Early Warning Notices and Compensation Event notifications.
