- Maintain well documented records for contractual purposes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering or related field
- Minimum 4 years of solid experience in construction quantity surveying
- Strong knowledge of contract administration (FIDIC, local standards)
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities
- Proficiency in QS software (e.g., MS Excel, AutoCAD)
- Proficient in English

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in civil, Mechanical or Electrical engineering or related field.
