Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015
- Plan and lead comprehensive internal and external quality audits, managing the audit lifecycle
- Review and approve complex Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Material Submittals
- Lead investigations into significant quality failures or recurring non conformances (NCRs) and develop preventive strategies
- Represent the Quality department in high level meetings with clients, government authorities, and contractors
- Supervise and mentor junior quality engineers and inspectors
- Analyze quality metrics and KPIs to provide actionable insights to the Project Director
Requirements
- Extensive expertise in international codes (ASTM, ACI, AWS) and the Saudi Building Code (SBC)
- Native fluency in Arabic and professional mastery of English
- Experience leading QMS development and implementation in accordance with ISO 9001:2015
- Ability to manage contractor relationships and influence project outcomes
- Proficiency in quality management software and advanced data analysis tools

What You'll Be Doing
- QMS Leadership: Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.

- Stakeholder Liaison: Represent the Quality department in high level meetings with clients, government authorities, and contractors.
- Team Mentorship: Supervise and mentor junior quality engineers and inspectors.
- Reporting: Analyze quality metrics and KPIs to provide the Project Director with actionable insights.
