Responsibilities
- Provide Quality Systems support using the ISO 9001 Standard as the basis for process development and optimization
- Interfacing at senior and executive levels with regard to ISO 9000 process improvement and reengineering
- Plan and execute required audit activities (schedules, plans, reports, finding resolutions, etc.)
- Perform and adequately document Internal Quality Audits of assigned office, projects and jobsites, and manage all related follow up activities
- Audit to assure compliance with Parsons standards, contract requirements, and applicable codes, specifications and drawings
- Facilitate all internal and external Quality audits and brief management with the results
- Effectively document, follow up and close corrective actions both internal and external
- Analyze findings/issues/non conformances identified during audits to determine program quality and identify performance trends
- Assist in qualification audits of suppliers of purchased items and services
- Perform quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements
- Promote safety awareness including adhering to safety rules and requirements; participate in safety field audits and assessments
- Collaborate in development and maintenance of Quality Policy, Processes, Procedures and related documents
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or Quality discipline or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum 10 years of related work experience in the field of Quality Control
- Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equal) or ASQ Certification (as CMQ/OE, CQA or CQE)
- Experience with quality management systems and standards specified by ISO 9000, ASME, ANSI, ASTM and similar organizations
- Strong working knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems Standards
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Excellent English / Arabic written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working internationally (preference KSA experience)

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Quality Engineer to join our team! Serves in a senior role and performs quality activities on assigned complex project(s)/program(s) and/or functional area(s).
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide Quality Systems support using the ISO 9001 Standard as the basis for process development and optimization, procedure development, data collection and reporting and Quality Systems training.
- Interfacing at senior and executive levels with regard to ISO 9000 process improvement and reengineering.
- Plans and executes required audit activities (schedules, plans, reports, finding resolutions, etc.).
- Performs and adequately documents Internal Quality Audits of assigned office, projects and jobsites, and manages all related follow up activities.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

- Ability to perform in a supervisory/managerial capacity
- Excellent English / Arabic written and verbal communication skills. Excellent presentation skills.
- Experience of working internationally (preference KSA experience).
