Responsibilities
- Provide Quality Systems support using ISO 9001 Standard for process development and optimization
- Plan and execute required audit activities, including scheduling, reporting, and finding resolution
- Perform and document Internal Quality Audits of assigned office, projects, and jobsites
- Facilitate all internal and external Quality audits and brief management on results
- Analyze findings and non conformances to determine program quality and identify performance trends
- Assist in qualification audits of suppliers of purchased items and services
- Perform quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance
- Collaborate in development and maintenance of Quality Policy, Processes, and Procedures
- Perform statistical process control
- Provide technical guidance to lower level Quality personnel
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Quality, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of related work experience in Quality Control
- Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equal) or ASQ Certification (CMQ/OE, CQA, CQE)
- Experience with quality management systems and standards (ISO 9000, ASME, ANSI, ASTM)
- Strong working knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems Standards
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Excellent English and Arabic written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working internationally (preference KSA experience)

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join the team.
- Serves in a senior role performing quality activities on assigned complex projects/programs.
- Ensures products or services are in accordance with customer and Parsons quality requirements.
What You'll Be Doing
