Senior QA role combining manual testing and modern test automation.

Contract Duration
- The engagement is a one-year contract.
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive test strategies and automation frameworks.
- Develop and maintain manual and automated tests for web and API applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
- Validate data integrity through database testing and backend verification.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage defects and communicate risks and quality metrics.
- Mentor QA team members and promote testing best practices.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional QA and software testing experience.
- Led or owned test strategies on at least 4 successfully delivered projects.
- Strong expertise in Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Hands-on API testing experience with Postman or REST Assured.
- Strong SQL skills for database validation and testing.
- Experience with Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Git workflows and CI/CD environments.
- Scripting experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- AI tools for test generation and automation are advantageous.
