Senior Property Manager (Commercial)

Overview

• We are seeking an experienced **Senior Property Manager** to oversee a portfolio of **commercial properties**, ensuring strong financial performance, tenant satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• The ideal candidate will bring **solid hands-on commercial property management experience**, strong **budgeting and financial control**, and the ability to **lead FM teams while maintaining high service standards**.
• This role is critical to ensuring portfolio performance, maintaining tenant relationships, and upholding company standards across all assets.
• **Key Responsibilities*** Manage day-to-day operations of a **commercial property portfolio**
• Oversee and monitor **FM teams and service providers**
• Prepare, manage, and track **budgets, service charges, and financial reports**
• Ensure achievement of **KPIs and SLA standards**
• Build and maintain strong relationships with **commercial tenants**
• Handle **tenant queries, renewals, and lease coordination**
• Conduct regular **property inspections** and ensure asset upkeep
• Drive **cost control and operational efficiency**
• Ensure compliance with **local regulations and company policies**
• Support asset value enhancement and **occupancy optimization**

Requirements

• Proven experience in **commercial property management** (ESSENTIAL)
• Strong knowledge of **budgeting, financial reporting, and service charge management**
• Experience managing **FM teams and contractors**
• Excellent **tenant management and stakeholder communication skills**
• Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize effectively
• Strong understanding of **KPI-driven environments**
• Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related preferred)
