Responsibilities
- Manage and convert leads into successful property transactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers
- Handle VIP and high value clients professionally
- Generate repeat and referral business
- Proactively contact property owners to secure listings
- Source exclusive and non exclusive listings in the secondary market
- Negotiate pricing and terms with property owners
- List and manage properties on CRM, Bayut, and Property Finder
- Conduct property viewings and client presentations
- Ensure all documentation complies with UAE real estate regulations
- Stay updated on Dubai market trends and competitor activity
- Support junior consultants and share best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in Dubai Secondary Market
- Strong experience with Bayut & Property Finder
- Proven ability in generating listings from property owners
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of UAE real estate regulations

Job Summary
- We are looking for a results driven Senior Property Consultant with proven experience in the Dubai Secondary Market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating listings, managing high value clients, and closing property deals while delivering exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert leads into successful property transactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers
- Handle VIP and high value clients professionally
- Generate repeat and referral business
- Proactively contact property owners to secure listings under the company portfolio
- Source exclusive and non exclusive listings in the secondary market
- Negotiate pricing and terms with property owners
- Maintain a strong database of property owners and investors
- List and manage properties on CRM, Bayut, and Property Finder
- Ensure all listings are accurate, updated, and competitively priced
- Coordinate with marketing for property campaigns
- Handle full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in Dubai Secondary Market
- Strong experience with Bayut & Property Finder
- Proven ability in generating listings from property owners
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
- Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of UAE real estate regulations
