- Handle client inquiries and generate new leads (leasing & resale)
- Source property owners and bring new listings to the company (landlord acquisition)
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of secondary market listings
- Develop relationships with landlords to secure direct and exclusive listings
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings professionally
- Match client requirements with suitable properties
- Negotiate leasing terms and close deals efficiently
- Follow up consistently to maximize conversion rates
- Upload and manage listings on platforms such as Property Finder and Bayut
- Optimize listings (photos, descriptions, pricing) to generate high quality leads
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reports
- Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends and pricing
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in UAE real estate (secondary market preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market
- Proven ability to generate listings (not only handle leads)
- Hands on experience using Property Finder and Bayut
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Target driven and able to work under pressure
- Own car is preferred
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

Job Overview
- We are looking for a driven and results oriented Leasing Specialist to join our real estate team, specializing in the secondary market (resale & rental properties) in Dubai.
