- Source and secure residential and commercial rental listings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and property owners
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new rental opportunities
- Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants
- Provide area tours and market insights to clients
- Manage the complete leasing process from inquiry to contract signing
- Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, portals, social media, and prospecting activities
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate leasing is preferred
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship building abilities
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Knowledge of Dubai communities and rental market is an advantage
- UAE Driving License preferred
- RERA Certification is a plus

About the Role
- We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Leasing Property Consultant (Rental Agent) to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating rental listings, conducting property viewings, building relationships with landlords and tenants, and successfully closing leasing transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure residential and commercial rental listings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and property owners
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new rental opportunities
- Ensure all listings are accurate, updated, and compliant with company standards
- Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants
- Provide area tours and market insights to clients
- Present properties professionally and effectively
- Match tenant requirements with suitable available properties
- Manage the complete leasing process from inquiry to contract signing
- Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants
- Assist clients with tenancy agreements and leasing documentation
- Ensure smooth and timely transaction completion
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, portals, social media, and prospecting activities
- Maintain an active pipeline of landlords and tenants
- Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients
- Build long term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Market Knowledge
- Stay updated on Dubai rental market trends, pricing, and community developments
- Provide rental market advice and recommendations to clients
- Monitor competitor activities and market opportunities
Requirements
