Homes 4 Life Real Estate Broker LLC is a UAE brokerage specializing in residential and commercial sales, leasing, and investment advisory across Dubai.

The company operates divisions for primary sales, secondary market transactions, leasing, and property advisory.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Property Consultant role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The position is 100% commission-based with no fixed salary.

The role manages prospecting, property viewings, client portfolios, advice, agreements, CRM records, follow-up, and sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads, conduct property viewings, and manage residential and commercial sales from start to finish.
  • Build client portfolios and advise clients on market trends, pricing, financing options, and investment opportunities.
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate sales agreements while maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Follow up with clients and work toward individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Applicants need proven real estate sales experience and at least six months of Dubai or UAE real estate market experience.
  • Knowledge of local property regulations and market trends is required.
  • A valid UAE real estate licence or eligibility to obtain one is required.
  • Strong customer service, communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills are required.
  • Applicants need a UAE driving licence or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Other language proficiency is advantageous.

Compensation

  • The position offers a commission structure of up to 70% and is described as 100% commission-based with no fixed salary.
