Role Overview

Homes 4 Life is seeking Client Managers or Portfolio Managers for its Dubai real estate sales team.

The role focuses on building a real estate career through client management, property sales, and commission-based earnings.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and convert sales leads into closed deals while meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Show clients properties and communicate their features effectively.
  • Benchmark properties against the market to determine appropriate pricing.
  • Guide clients from first inquiry through final transaction.
  • Negotiate between buyers and sellers to close mutually beneficial deals.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory updates.
  • Keep listings polished, accurate, and ready for sale.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of proven real estate sales success in Dubai.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market, regulations, and processes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-focused mindset with persistence and follow-through.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately.

Compensation

  • The role is 100% commission-based with earnings of up to 70% commission.
  • There is no fixed salary or fixed monthly salary component.
