Role Overview
Lead and scale real estate sales operations in Dubai with an existing high-performing team.
The role is intended for a proven real estate sales leader who can bring a ready-to-deploy team and deliver results quickly.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai.
- At least 3 years of team management or leadership experience.
- A ready-to-deploy team of 5 or more sales professionals.
- Strong record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow the existing sales team.
- Drive revenue growth and market share in the Dubai real estate segment.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
- Report team performance and pipeline results to senior leadership.
