Responsibilities
- Conduct professional consultations to understand clients’ property and investment requirements
- Recommend suitable off plan residential and commercial properties
- Present projects, payment plans, investment potential, and expected returns
- Arrange and conduct property and developer showroom visits
- Follow up with company generated and self generated leads
- Negotiate offers and successfully close property transactions
- Maintain accurate client records, follow ups, and sales activities in the company CRM
- Build strong, long term relationships with local and international investors
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service
Requirements
- 4–5 years of proven experience in Dubai real estate sales is strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s off plan property market, developers, communities, payment plans, and investment opportunities
- Proven ability to generate leads, manage clients, negotiate, and close transactions
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and a confident, target driven attitude
- Ability to work independently and perform effectively in a competitive sales environment
- Knowledge of CRM systems and property portals is an advantage
- A UAE driving licence is preferred but not mandatory
- Fluency in English is required
- Additional languages are an advantage

Job Overview
- SRJ REAL ESTATE L.L.C is expanding its sales team and seeking ambitious, experienced, and results driven Property Consultants specializing in Dubai’s off plan real estate market.
- Location: Business Bay, Dubai. Employment Type: Full Time, On Site.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional consultations to understand clients’ property and investment requirements.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
