Job Overview

  • SRJ REAL ESTATE L.L.C is expanding its sales team and seeking ambitious, experienced, and results driven Property Consultants specializing in Dubai’s off plan real estate market.
  • Location: Business Bay, Dubai. Employment Type: Full Time, On Site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional consultations to understand clients’ property and investment requirements.
  • Recommend suitable off plan residential and commercial properties.
  • Present projects, payment plans, investment potential, and expected returns.
  • Arrange and conduct property and developer showroom visits.
  • Follow up with company generated and self generated leads.
  • Negotiate offers and successfully close property transactions.
  • Maintain accurate client records, follow ups, and sales activities in the company CRM.
  • Build strong, long term relationships with local and international investors.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

Candidate Requirements

  • 4–5 years of proven experience in Dubai real estate sales is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai’s off plan property market, developers, communities, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, manage clients, negotiate, and close transactions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and a confident, target driven attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and perform effectively in a competitive sales environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and property portals is an advantage.
  • A UAE driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
