About the Role
SRJ REAL ESTATE L.L.C seeks a full-time, on-site Real Estate Administrator in Dubai to support daily office and property operations, including managing listings on Bayut, dubizzle, and Property Finder, preparing RERA forms, and coordinating transactions.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage property files, maintain property listings, and update internal databases and CRM systems
- Coordinate property viewings, organize documentation for sales and leasing transactions
- Assist with communication between agents, clients, developers, landlords, tenants, and external partners
- Prepare and manage real estate documentation including RERA Forms A, B, F, and I, tenancy contracts, Memorandums of Understanding, listing agreements, sales documents, and supporting transaction paperwork
- Manage and update property listings across major UAE property portals including Bayut, dubizzle, and Property Finder
- Ensure all property information, pricing, photographs, permit details, and availability statuses remain accurate and compliant
- Draft contracts, process paperwork, track payments and commissions
- Respond to customer inquiries, support lead follow ups, assist sales and leasing agents
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable Dubai real estate regulations
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate practices, residential and commercial properties, off plan projects, secondary market transactions, and basic RERA and DLD requirements
- Strong professional proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and managing RERA Forms A, B, F, and I, along with other sales, leasing, listing, and transaction related documentation
- Hands on experience managing property listings on Bayut, dubizzle, and Property Finder
- Familiarity with property permit requirements, listing documentation, title deeds, tenancy contracts, Emirates IDs, passports, NOCs, agency agreements, and transaction files
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle client inquiries and maintain professional communication
- Sales support experience, including preparing property offers, coordinating viewings, following up with leads, assisting agents, and maintaining accurate transaction records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, real estate CRM systems, property management platforms, databases, and document management tools
- Strong organizational, multitasking, time management, and attention to detail skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Previous experience in real estate administration, property listing management, sales coordination, or similar office support position strongly preferred
- Ability to work full time on site in Dubai

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Real Estate Administrator position based in Dubai.
- The Real Estate Administrator will support daily office and property related operations, including preparing and managing property files, maintaining property listings, and updating internal databases and CRM systems.
- The role involves coordinating property viewings, organizing documentation for sales and leasing transactions, and assisting with communication between agents, clients, developers, landlords, tenants, and external partners.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing real estate documentation, including RERA Forms A, B, F, and I, tenancy contracts, Memorandums of Understanding, listing agreements, sales documents, and supporting transaction paperwork.

Qualifications

- Strong professional proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and managing RERA Forms A, B, F, and I, along with other sales, leasing, listing, and transaction related documentation.
- Hands on experience managing property listings on Bayut, dubizzle, and Property Finder, including uploading listings, updating property details, managing availability, monitoring listing quality, and ensuring portal compliance.
- Familiarity with property permit requirements, listing documentation, title deeds, tenancy contracts, Emirates IDs, passports, NOCs, agency agreements, and transaction files.
- Experience or exposure to real estate development activities, including project documentation, construction timelines, payment plans, unit availability, and coordination with developers and stakeholders.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle client inquiries, provide accurate property information, and maintain professional communication.
- Sales support experience, including preparing property offers, coordinating viewings, following up with leads, assisting agents, and maintaining accurate transaction records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, real estate CRM systems, property management platforms, databases, and document management tools.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, time management, and attention to detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties, listings, clients, and transactions simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, or other languages commonly used in the Dubai property market is an advantage.
- Previous experience in real estate administration, property listing management, sales coordination, or a similar office support position is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work full time on site in Dubai and collaborate effectively within a diverse, professional, and fast paced real estate team.
