Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for Dubai real estate projects
- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Remarketing, and Lead Generation campaigns
- Conduct detailed keyword research focused on high intent property buyers and investors
- Develop campaign structures based on project, location, property type, budget, and buyer nationality
- Create compelling ad copy, extensions, headlines, and landing page recommendations
- Monitor campaign performance, conversion rates, lead quality, cost per lead, and return on advertising spend
- Optimize bidding strategies, budgets, audiences, devices, locations, and campaign schedules
- Implement and manage Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and call tracking
- Build remarketing and audience segmentation strategies
- Identify and block irrelevant searches through negative keyword management
- Coordinate with sales, CRM, content, website, and creative teams to improve lead conversion
- Analyze lead performance by project, campaign, location, device, and audience
Requirements
- Minimum 6–10 years of professional Google Ads and PPC experience
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns for the Dubai real estate market
- Strong understanding of off plan, secondary market, luxury, residential, and investment property campaigns
- Demonstrable experience generating qualified leads from local and international markets
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and conversion tracking
- Strong understanding of landing page optimization and lead generation funnels
- Experience integrating advertising campaigns with CRM platforms
- Ability to manage high advertising budgets while maintaining lead quality and profitability
- Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make data driven decisions
- Google Ads certifications are preferred

- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, SEO, and digital marketing funnels.
- Familiarity with Bitrix24, HubSpot, Zoho, or other real estate CRM platforms.
- Experience working with property developers, brokers, and real estate agencies in Dubai.
- Understanding of Dubai communities, developers, property prices, payment plans, and investor behaviour.
