Role Overview
John Holland's Training Academy is a national team of training, workforce capability, and competency management specialists dedicated to supporting project success across Australia. As part of Project Services, we partner with projects from tender development through mobilisation and delivery, providing the expertise, systems, partnerships, and workforce solutions needed to build capable, compliant, and productive workforces.
As a Senior Project Training Support Advisor , you'll support project teams by providing advice and solutions across training, competency management, workforce development, training partnerships, funding opportunities, and workforce compliance. You’ll help projects build the capability foundations required for successful delivery. This role can be based in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney, with travel as required.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
