The Project The consortium of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has been selected to build South Australia's biggest-ever road infrastructure project.

In partnership with the South Australian Government, this consortium forms the Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance.

The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, will deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, forming a continuous 78 km, non-stop, traffic light-free motorway, and contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.

The T2D Project involves constructing two separate tunnels – the Southern Tunnels and the Northern Tunnels connected by an open motorway, with a combined total distance of 10.5km, open to traffic in 2031.

The T2D project comprises the tunnels, surface works including road and bridge construction in addition to services buildings and complex mechanical and electrical infrastructure.

The Role The Quality Administrator provides administrative and operational support for the effective implementation and maintenance of the organisation’s Quality Management System (QMS).

This role ensures accurate record-keeping, assists with document control, and supports the quality team in delivering compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain and manage quality documentation, including policies, procedures, forms, and work instructions, ensuring they are current, accurate, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Assist in the preparation, distribution, and version control of quality-related documents.

Provide administrative assistance to the quality team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.

Support the preparation and submission of quality reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.

Maintain accurate records of quality data, including audit findings, non-conformances, corrective actions, and improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with retention and filing requirements for quality records.

Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external quality audits, including gathering required documentation and evidence.

Track and monitor the status of audit findings and corrective actions.

Assist in the coordination and delivery of quality training programs and awareness sessions for employees and subcontractors.

Act as a point of contact for quality-related inquiries and provide general assistance to internal and external stakeholders.

Support the quality team in monitoring compliance with the organisation’s Quality Management System and relevant standards.

Assist in identifying and reporting potential non-conformances and areas for improvement.

Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by providing administrative support and tracking progress on agreed actions.

About you Certificate IV in Business Administration, or equivalent qualification in a related discipline.

Bachelor Degree or undertaking undergraduate course in Engineering, Science, Building, Construction, Quality Management or Project Management.

Basic Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.

supporting quality or compliance functions in a project-based environment.

Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint) and quality reporting tools.
