About the Role

  • We are seeking a dynamic and result driven Senior Project Sales Manager to grow Nolte Küchen’s project sales across the UAE.
  • The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the kitchen furniture industry, a strong network with developers and contractors, and the ability to manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to project handover.
  • This position requires a high energy professional who is comfortable working on site, meeting clients, and ensuring project success through active coordination with internal design and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure kitchen project opportunities with developers, contractors, and consultants across the UAE.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, concept presentation, pricing coordination, negotiation, and project closure.
  • Oversee the technical and quotation process with internal teams to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and timely submissions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact throughout all project stages.
  • Track project pipelines, ensure follow ups, and provide regular sales activity updates.
  • Coordinate with design, logistics, and installation teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Represent Nolte Küchen in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand presence.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming development projects in the UAE.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in kitchen or furniture sales within the UAE market.
  • Proven track record in managing B2B project sales and key client relationships.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • UAE driving license is required.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Highly field oriented, self motivated, and target driven.
