Job Summary

  • Nolte, a leading manufacturer of German Kitchen & Furniture Brand, is urgently in need of a Sales professional to join the Business Development Team.
  • The candidate will actively support its partners in the region to accomplish business objectives including sales turnover, margins, marketing & brand development.

Responsibilities

  • Understand clients’ needs, build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Actively involved in distributor/partners and overall sales process (Retail & Projects).
  • Set sales targets and define strategy to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Specify the brand to leading developers, consultants and interior designers in the region.
  • Work closely with the marketing team in developing and implementing plans in line with the overall brand strategy.
  • Conduct training to the staff of the distributor/partner.
  • Responsible for MIS on various business development activities.
  • Coordinate between the German/HQ factories, Middle East office and distributors/partners.
  • Manage the proposal development process and maintain the timelines for the proposal teams.
  • Develop draft proposals based on team meetings and discussions.
  • Maintain the Business Development database.
  • Willing to travel extensively in MENA, Asia, and African region.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Graduate of Management, Design, or Architecture.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in Kitchens and in GCC/MENA countries, preferably having worked in a multinational company.
  • Knowledge and experience in interior design is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & PPT) and has worked on CRM.
  • Proven track record in achievements and key account management.
  • 3 5 years of business development management experience.
  • Languages: English (professional), Arabic and/or other International language.

  • Cultivate strong, long term relationships with distributors and key clients across GCC and MENA regions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and direct involvement in retail and project based sales.
  • Represent the Nolte brand with authenticity and enthusiasm.
  • Seamlessly coordinate between the Middle East office, German HQ, and regional partners.
  • Maintain a flexible approach with willingness to travel extensively across MENA, Asia, and Africa.
  • Conduct training sessions for distributor/partner staff.
  • Maintain and utilize MIS reporting to track business development activities.
