- Experience leading and managing large to medium sized water and wastewater infrastructure projects
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, internal resources, and subcontractors
- Experience managing client relationships and acting as primary point of contact
- Proficiency in project documentation, reporting, change control, and contract variations
- Experience with procurement and tendering activities

Company Overview
- Parsons is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager to join our team.
- Reporting to the Project Director or Program Manager, the Project Manager will lead and manage the successful delivery of large to medium sized water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, including development of scope, budgets, schedules, resource plans, and implementation strategies.
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact, ensuring project requirements, expectations, and deliverables are met.
- Monitor project performance, resources, budgets, and schedules, implementing corrective actions to address risks and challenges.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, vendors, and procurement activities to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Lead project staffing, team development, performance management, and mentoring of direct reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, security, and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project documentation, reporting, change control, and contract variations, including negotiation of scope changes with clients and subcontractors.
- Chair project meetings, provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, and maintain accurate records of project activities and performance.
- Review bid documents and support procurement and tendering activities as required.
- Perform other project management duties necessary to ensure successful project completion.
