- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, including development of scope, budgets, schedules, resource plans, and implementation strategies
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact, ensuring project requirements, expectations, and deliverables are met
- Monitor project performance, resources, budgets, and schedules, implementing corrective actions to address risks and challenges
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, vendors, and procurement activities to ensure efficient project delivery
- Lead project staffing, team development, performance management, and mentoring of direct reports
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, security, and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage project documentation, reporting, change control, and contract variations, including negotiation of scope changes
- Chair project meetings, provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, and maintain accurate records
- Review bid documents and support procurement and tendering activities as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 18 years of relevant experience in water and wastewater infrastructure design projects
- Minimum 5 years as Senior Project Manager experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure design projects within budget and schedule constraints
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, contract administration, and commercial management
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and client facing skills
- Abu Dhabi experience is MUST HAVE requirement for this role

- Parsons seeks a Senior Project Manager (Design) for Water and Wastewater Infrastructure in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- The role involves leading and managing successful delivery of large to medium sized water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects including scope, budgets, schedules, resource plans, and implementation strategies.

- Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional accreditation is advantageous.
