- Lead planning and delivery of utility compound projects from concept to handover

- Oversee site execution of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works
- Ensure testing and commissioning plans are implemented
- Promote HSE culture and ensure compliance
Requirements
- Experience in managing utility compound projects (substations, switching compounds, utility hubs)
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Knowledge of civil, structural, building, and MEP works
- Experience with contract management and change control
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and contractors

Position Summary
- The Senior Project Manager Utility Compounds is responsible for end to end delivery of complex utility compound projects.
- Leads multidisciplinary teams and multiple contractors from initiation through handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and delivery of utility compound projects from concept to handover.
- Define project execution strategies and stage gate deliverables.
- Establish project governance and communication protocols.
- Develop and manage integrated project management plan.
- Monitor progress against schedule and budget.
- Manage scope changes through formal change control.
- Coordinate with design consultants for timely deliverables.
- Manage contractor performance and approve major changes.
- Oversee site execution of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works.
- Ensure testing and commissioning plans are implemented.
- Promote HSE culture and ensure compliance.
- Provide regular project status reports to senior management.
