Compensation

• The initial compensation is $137,500 to $158,100

Job Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field from an accredited college or university recognized by the United States Department of Education or equivalent. Relevant work experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.
• Years of Experience: Eight years of experience as a PM/Operations focused on working with major power generation projects. Experience project managing large power generation projects both new construction and/or major maintenance.
• Eight years of experience as a PM/Operations focused on working with major power generation projects.
• Experience project managing large power generation projects both new construction and/or major maintenance.
• Licenses/Certification: PM certification (PMP)
• Software/Equipment Knowledge: Microsoft Project or Primavera Power Generation EPC Projects or Power Generation Major Maintenance Projects (preferred)
• Microsoft Project or Primavera

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

• Physical Requirements-The employee may sit at a desk and use a computer workstation, to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms, climb stairs; balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk and hear.
• Working Conditions- Work regular business hours but may have to work evenings and weekends to meet deadline depending on client needs and requests. This position may work remote, travel based on business needs.
