Overview
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (Site Based Role) to join our team for a major Infrastructure & Building Development Project in Abu Dhabi.
This is an excellent opportunity for senior professionals with strong experience managing large-scale community development projects involving infrastructure and villa developments.
Note
- **Working Hours is 48 hours 6 days a week**
- **Consultant supervision experience on large residential community developments (villas + infrastructure)**
- **Strong contract administration and FIDIC experience**
- **Proven experience within Abu Dhabi / UAE projects**

🔹 Key Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Chartered / Professional Engineer certification preferred
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 25 years of total relevant experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the UAE or on similar large-scale projects
- 🔹 Essential Experience
- Proven track record in large-scale community development projects in Abu Dhabi
- Strong experience managing Infrastructure works including: Roads , Utilities , Wet & Dry Services
- Experience in villa development projects
- Previous involvement in multi-billion AED projects
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi Authorities’ regulations and stakeholder coordination
