Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and risk for fit out and renovation projects.
- Prepare scope of work, RFP, PR and communicate with the team through project kick off meetings.
- Manage stakeholders and contracts in compliance with Saudi Government procurement law.
- Develop and enhance project management processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management
- Minimum 10 years experience in project/construction management
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong understanding of fit out works and renovation of residential projects
- Experience in risk management, schedule management, cost management, and stakeholder management
- Ability to prepare scope of work, RFP, PR and communicate through project kick off meetings
- Knowledge of contracts management (Saudi Government procurement law)
- PMI standards of project management, preferred to be certified PMP
- English mandatory, Arabic preferred
