- Lead and manage the delivery of major projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, contractual obligations, and financial targets
- Develop project execution plans, quality plans, and delivery schedules, ensuring effective monitoring and reporting of progress
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, subconsultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery and compliance with authority requirements
- Support procurement activities including subconsultant appointments and contract management
- Manage project risk registers and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Oversee design coordination, change management processes, and approvals
- Attend and contribute to client, technical, and coordination meetings
- Promote a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement across all stages of the project
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience delivering large scale, multidisciplinary design and construction projects
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 6 Years in the UAE
- Previous experience with reputable consultancies or contractors
- Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Architectural degree is a must

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a design practice in Dubai.
